Reinas de Costa Rica
Reinas de Costa Rica is a beauty pageant in Costa Rica that selects representatives for the Miss World and Miss International pageants.
Following the cessation of sending contestants to these pageants by the Miss Costa Rica pageant in 2006, the franchise was obtained by the Reinas de Costa Rica organization, headed by Alan Aleman.
However, after a two-year absence from the Miss World pageant in 2017-2018, the organization ultimately lost the franchise to the newly established Concurso Nacional de Belleza de Costa Rica contest in 2019. Furthermore, the organization also lost the Miss Earth franchise to Jose Vásconez in 2016.
It should be noted that this pageant is not associated with the Miss Costa Rica Organization.
